2013 has started off with a BANG, and we are all looking forward to the new beginning and a year filled with many successes. This is YOUR year, and TransformHERS will be focused on the #BeMe2013 campaign which will assist you in taking control of your life and achieving the goals you have set out for yourself.Here are 10 Weight Loss Commandments to help guide you to a Fitter, Leaner & Healthier YOU...
- Thou shall stay hydrated with water, not sugary or carbonated beverages.
- Thou shall avoid food with preservatives and high salt content.
- Thou shall not eat past 7pm in the evening or before 6am in the morning (unless you are attending your early morning TransformHERS workout)
- Thou shalt not "give up" or "give in"!
- Thou shall do at least 30min of exercise per day (its a bonus that TransformHERS is a 1 hour session).
- Thou shalt not eat at unplanned or unusual times, or when emotional.
- Thou shall find a distraction when cold pizza or left over birthday cake is left unattended.
- Thou shalt not be discouraged, this takes time and quick fixes aren't lasting.
- Thou shall eat regularly, starvation diets are only temporary solutions to lifelong problems.
- Thou shalt never feel alone, we are in this together.

It is so hard to get started. will there be some girls that have never exercised before. It is quite daunting

No, it is not daunting at all and there are always new ladies at each camp just starting out. Come for a complimentary session (check our homepage) and see what its like. But we know you will LOVE it!!!

Good commandments to lose the weight that provide great support.
Exercising and dieting are two main and basic methods of weight loss which lose the weight more effectively without any adverse effects as compare to any other method of weight loss such using weight loss pills, steroids, or weight loss surgery etc.
